Central Ministers to expose Congress in Jharkhand

In a bid to expose the “evil intentions” of the Congress under which it did not allow lok Sabha to function properly during the Winter Session, the State BJP unit will launch extensive campaign against it across the State. State BJP president Ravindra Rai, talking to the media persons at BJP headquarters in Ranchi, however, expressed gratitude to lok Sabha Speaker that despite disturbances she has managed to get some important Bills passed in the House.

Under the planned campaign one Union Minister will camp in at least one of the lok Sabha constituencies, telling the people about it by establishing one to one dialogue with them.

“One Union Minister will spend at least 24 hours in a lok Sabha constituency during the month of January and February so that ill intensions of the Congress party could be exposed before the people. The way Congress party stalled the House on trivial issues is not acceptable and people must know about it,” said Rai.

According to Rai, the role of Congress party during the last Winter Session, where it did not let the question hour to continue just because it was upset over the allegations of corruption charges labeled on party president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi, was not acceptable. “Their ill intentions must be exposed publically,” said Rai.

BJP MPs of the State will also have to spend at least one night in the Assembly constituencies coming under their constituencies so that they can convey the ill intentions of the Congress party to the people, said Rai. “The MlAs have also been asked to do the same in their areas,” said Rai.

Earlier a joint meeting of party’s state officials and top leaders was also held at the party headquarters where 170 new mandals were also formed, making a total count of 514. Earlier, the State was divided into 344 Mandals by the party.

“Organisational elections at mandal level will be conducted by January 10 while a target of January 20 has been fixed for conducting cluster level elections in the State,” said Rai. Process of conducting election for the State president on the other hand, will be completed by January end, he added.

The meeting was also attended by Chief Minister Raghubar Das, Urban Development Minister CP Singh, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Saryu Roy, Vice Presidents Deepak Prakash, Rakesh Prakash, Seema Sharma and Brajmohan Ram along with other officials of the State BJP.
