A central council meeting of DVC Technical Officer Association (TOA) and honour ceremony was organised here on Saturday at station club, Bokaro Thermal with a view to spreading the message of betterment of Damodar valley corporation. Around 50 delegates from different power project of DVC participated in the meeting.
The patron of TOA, DM Jha, president KP Singh, general secretary Devasih Bhattacharya, unit president RK Chaudhary and secretary Dhirendra Sinha inaugurated the meeting by lighting the traditional lamp.
In his speech, DM Jha listed the achievements of the Technical officer association (TOA) in brief and also laid importance on positive attitude towards work corporation and understanding between management and stability in generation. While the president of TOA, Er KP Singh, in his short but inspiring speech he wished the TOA and DVC and said that we see the a challanging future for our corporation, but full of promise. I can rely on our support and hard work in ensuring that the DVC will overcome challenges of opportunities.
The TOA unit secretary Dhirendra Kumar highlighted the role of TOA and wives of the officers in smooth running of the plant. DN Jha and NK Thakur were honored with mementoes for their excellent service to TOA and DVC.
