If God resides on earth then it is in the form of our parents. Even in Vedas it is said reverse your mother as God who has brought you up with love, care and sacrifice.
From the day we step into this world we start seeking things from our mother but Mother’s day is when we can express our love and affection and thank our mothers. Different clubs, schools, colleges, and restaurants are organising different programmes or competitions to making this day memorable.
Members of JCI udaan group organised a small programme for the old mothers who are deprived from their families and are left in old age home of Bariatu Ranchi.
President of Udaan group, Rakhi Jain said, “This year we have planned to celebrate this auspicious day with our the mothers of old age home there families have deprived them by celebrating this day with them we want to make them realise that life is still happening and full of joy for them and we salute you on this day”.
“We have brought sarees, food packets for them and w games like housey and antakshari will play with them” she further added. Bhagwati Devi, resident of old age home said, “I have never celebrated any such day ever in my life for the first time I have learned about this day and am enjoying it a lot I only wish that on this day my family also be with me”.
