Central Coalfields limited on Friday conducted a meeting of Rajbhasha Karyanvayan Samiti to promote official Hindi language in the company at Coal Room, CCl Darbhanga House, Ranchi. General Managers, Head of the Department and Nodal Officers from CCl headquarters as well as Staff Officers from areas participated in the meeting.
Uday Prakash, General Managers (NEE/Rajbhasha) presided the meeting of Rajbhasha Karyanvayan Samiti and reviewed tri-monthly report June 2017 of each departments of CCl headquarters as well as areas. He motivated the officials for their contribution in progress of Hindi in their respective departments as well as areas. He advised them to use more and more Hindi language in their official works.
Dr. Nivedita Bannerjee, Assistant Manager (Ol) briefed the participants about work performed by different departments of Headquarters and areas in last three months (Till June 2017). Rajbhasha Department has arranged a publication of book on Hindi language and it was distributed among participants so that they did not face difficulty in official correspondence and other routine work.
Dr. N Bannerjee delivered a welcome address as well as she proposed vote of thanks.
