Oraon said although the State Government is committed for the development of people it is a joint responsibility of both stakeholders as projects run by Government could succeed only when people cooperate with Government on schemes intended for common man. She also stressed on enhanced role of women to get recognition and asked them to form self-help-groups.

Agriculture Minister Yogendra Saw focused on migration and emphasised on steps to curb exodus of people from a place.
