The Special (CBI) Court on Saturday issued production warrant against lalu Prasad, Jagannath Misha and other accused in another fodder scam case no RC/64-96, pertaining to fraudulent withdrawal of over Rs 90 lakh from the Deoghar treasury.
“lalu Prasad, Jagannath Mishra and other accused have been asked to appear before the court on Sunday after the production warrant was issued. If they appear in the case on Sunday they might be called on October 8 and 18 and so on,” said CBI advocate BMP Singh. However, till the time of filing of this report the district administration had not received the warrant to make necessary arrangement for ferrying the high profile politicians and others from Birsa Munda jail.
