The State Cabinet, on Thursday gave its assent for Jamshedpur Urban Gas Distribution Project with Gail (India) Limited on payment of Rs 3,72,16,337 for the total amount payable to 15.44 Decimal land in Jamshedpur, Under East Singhbhum District. Acceptance of lease endowment was given for 30 years.
In another important decision of Revenue department the Cabinet has given approval of funds at the rate of Rs 12,05,10,400 per institution for the construction of the building under the scheme of establishment of State Pharmacy Institute in the Commissionery Headquarters of Palamu, Chaibasa, Hazaribagh and Dumka in the State. Administrative approval was given to a total of Rs 48, 20, 41,600.
The Cabinet also gave approval of Jharkhand Bhawan (Amendment) bylaws, 2018 and gave nod to the construction of 400/220 KV substation in the area of 7.23 acre land under Dhanbad districts with North Karnpura Transco Limited (NKTL) an acceptance of lease for 30 years. The Cabinet also approved service regulation and salary payment for the period between the termination and resumption of the on job serving personnel of Special Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation staffs under the Water Resources Department.
The State cabinet also given approval to cancel the departmental resolution-518 dated 27.02.2017 to provide grants-in-aid to the State’s private self-financed technical institutes on amendment in the Jharkhand Textile Apparel and Footwear Policy 2016.
