A Baghmara based businessman has levelled allegation on Dhullu Mahto the BJP MLA from Baghmara of becoming a threat on life of his entire family.
Owners of a petrol pump in Behrakudar locity of Baghmara Block Sunil Rai though has filed a case against the henchmen of MLA, he levelled allegation that MLA can emanate his entire family for capturing his business.
The entire Rai family appeared before the media at their Baghmara residence and narrated the tail of attacks on him by the henchmen of MLA on his instructions. Rai said if police failed to take action against the MLA and his henchmen he would emulate himself with the entire family.
Rai has given names of henchmen of Mahto to police who threaten him as well as family members.
Police remaIns a silent extractor despite repeated petitions to senior officers, Rai said.
Police however said, they are examining the case and appropriate action would be taken after inquiry.
Its worth mentioning that several cases are pending against the MLA, including that of rape, extortion, land grabbing besides others. The MLA could not be reached as his phone showed number busy several times.
