At Bokaro Steel Plant, a programme was organized by the Personnel Department at the HRD Center with the aim of conferring the ‘Best Employees of the Month’ award to the selected personnel for their exemplary performance and exceptional contribution in the field of performance during the month of September. During the event Executive Director (Projects) R. Kushwaha, Executive Director (Works) Atanu Bhowmik and Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) Sameer Swarup, Chief General Managers, Heads of Departments and other senior officers of the concerned departments and the employees selected for the award and their Family members were present.
The awardees include Sr. Tech Operation (RMP) Raj Kumar Mandal, OCT(Blast Furnace) Mukesh Kumar Murmu, Sr. Operator/Operative(SMS-2 & CCS) Rakesh Ranjan, Sr. Operator/Operative(HRCF) Kashi Nath Singh, OCT (CRM-3) Akhileshwar Kumar Mandal, Tech/Electrical(DNW) Brajesh Kumar, OCT(Traffic) Jai Prakash Singh and Junior Computer Operator(Projects) Dhananjay Kumar. Executive Directors present on the occasion congratulated the employees who received the “Best Employees of the Month” award and conferred with cash prize and certificate.
Each month such personnel as of excellent performances are selected for the “Best Employees of the Month” award.
