In the first quarter of the financial year 2023-2024 and in the month of June, BSL has achieved its best ever performance by creating many new records in production, dispatch and techno-economic parameters. Notably In the month of June 2023, compared to the previous year, an increase has been registered in the production of total crude steel and hot strip mill and sales steel from Coke Oven, Blast Furnace, SMS (New), SMS-II and CCS. Hot Strip Mill has set a record of best ever production in the month of June by rolling out 3,20,216 tonnes of steel in the month of June 2023 and total rolling out of 9,90,190 tonnes in the first quarter of 2023-24 .
