Aiming to extend healthcare service among the rural population and slum dwellers Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) organised a free mega health camp under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Bhawanipur Primary Health Center, Bandhgora in Chas.
At least 174 people including children were examined in the camp, informed BSL PR Official.
People were provided with an opportunity to get all essential medical check-up conducted on the honorary basis, provided free of cost medication prescribed by a panel of doctors in the camp.
Doctors and medical experts from BGH Dr Sowmayavrata, Gynecologist Dr Rupa Rani, Dr Arup Kumar Pathak, Dr Piyus Singh, Dr S Choudhary, , Dr S Hussain along with other medical staffs comprised the panel attended the people rushed in the camp, he said.
Besides others, AGM CSR of BSL N A Safi, Ashok Kumar, Dr Ajay Kumar, G Ahmad, Suraj Tiwari, Sanjeev Singh along with a team of CSR Department officials and Primal Medical Unit team were also actively participated in the camp.
