Best Employee of the Month Award for July 2023 was organized in the Human Resource Department of Bokaro Steel Plant in which eight (08) employees were awarded for their special contribution in their work. In this ceremony, Executive Director (Works) Birendra Kumar Tiwari, ED (Materials Management) Amitabh Srivastava and ED (P&A) Rajan Prasad along with heads of departments of the concerned departments and other senior officers and personnel who received awards and their family members were present.
While encouraging the employees, the Executive Director (Works) Mr Tiwari said that along with the employees, their families also have a lot of contribution in this success and while congratulating them ED Tiwari said that apart from their daily tasks, the employees should face new challenges every day. We should accept them and find their solutions and maintain the pace of development. Underlining the importance of safety, the ED Srivastava (MM) discussed about current competitive steel market and said that to remain a market leader, it is necessary to accept new challenges and find solutions to them. Also Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) while congratulating the award recipients said that their contribution is highly commendable. Further ED Prasad said that no matter how challenging the work is, safety is paramount and should always be kept in mind.
The program was conducted by Ritika Shukla, Senior Manager and Sushmita Soren, Manager on behalf of the Personnel Department and the program was concluded with vote of thanks by Neeraj Kumar Tripathi, Manager.
