Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) on-roll employees who had previously applied for the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Higher Pension Scheme can now download their demand letters. EPFO has started issuing these letters, which can be accessed by logging into the BSL eDesk portal from any location. The demand letter download facility on the EPFO portal will be available from the 1st to the 16th of each month.
After downloading the demand letter, retired employees should carefully review the details and provide their consent by selecting "Yes" or "No". They must complete all necessary formalities within the specified deadline and submit the demand letter along with a cheque or demand draft (DD) and all relevant documents to the BSL Nodal Officer (Higher Pension) Office.
On-roll employees can log in to edesk.sailbsl.in to access their demand letters and proceed with their chosen options. For assistance, employees can refer to the guidelines available on the official EPFO website or contact the relevant department at Bokaro Steel Plant.
