As part of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Celebration” of India's independence by Bokaro Steel Plant and in the backdrop of the National Nutrition Campaign of the Government of India to ensure the achievement of malnutrition free India, The distribution program of high protein diet was organized among the children of Bokaro Ispat Kalyan Vidyalaya, Sector-3D, operated under CSR of BSL. On this occasion Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) Sameer Swarup, CGM (Town Services) BS Popli, CGM (Services) Sanjay Kumar, CGM (CED) Shaligram Singh and General Manager (Public Health) S. K Tiwari were present and also distributed high protein diet among the children.
During this occasion, General Manager (Public Relations) and CoC BSL Manikant Dhan, DGM (CSR) CR Sudhanshu, DGM (Public Health) Mohd. T Salaam, other officers and Principal of Bokaro Ispat Kalyan Vidyalaya, IB Siddiqui and teachers were present. At the beginning of the program, the Principal of Bokaro Ispat Kalyan Vidyalaya welcomed everyone and at the end the DGM (CSR) CR K Sudhanshu extended the vote of thanks.
