For the convenience of the Kanwariyas in the month of Shawan, Bokaro Steel Plant has been organising a first aid camp near Baidyanath Dham (Deoghar) temple for the last two and a half decades. In the same series for this year also, the Medical Mobile Unit "Ispat Sanjeevani" A team of medical personnel and volunteers working under CSR of BSL was flagged off for the camp by Sanjay Kumar, Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) of BSL at Ispat Bhawan Complex.
On this occasion, Chief General Manager-in-Charge (Personnel) Pawan Kumar, Chief General Manager (Personnel-Colliery) Sanjay Tiwari, Chief General Manager (Personnel) Hari Mohan Jha, Chief Medical Officer (Medical & Health Services) Dr. BB Karunamoy and Members of Baidyanath Seva Trust including officers, personnel of CSR department and other departments were present. During this event (ED) Sanjay Kumar inquired about the arrangements made for the camp, availability of medicines etc from the officials present. Also for the camp, a team of medical workers and volunteers left with chants of ‘bol-bam’ along with medicines, dressings and other arrangements for the first aid treatment from BGH.
