Bokaro Steel Plant has been conferred the prestigious Greentech Environment Award in the Gold Award category by Greentech Foundation for demonstrating the highest level of commitment, best practices & making outstanding contribution in the areas of Environment Management.
The Awards were presented on 28th November in a glittering function at Hotel Novotel, Hyderabad. DGM (ECD) RK Adhikary received the award on behalf of Bokaro Steel Plant. The trophy and certificate were handed over to CEO BSl, Anutosh Maitra on November 30 in his chamber.
Those present on this occasion were ED(W) A Bandhopadhyay, GM(EMD) R Kushwaha DGM (ECD) RK Adhikary & AGM (ECD) Navin Shrivastava. Maitra congratulated team BSl for this achievement and urged them to continue on the path of excellence. It is to be noted that in the past Bokaro steel Plant has bagged this award a number of times.
