A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed through a virtual meet between SAIL-BOKARO STEEL PLANT and IIT KANPUR to identify and pursue joint research projects in the areas of Steel Making and Digital Transformation relevant to SAIL-BSL. From BSL side Atanu Bhowmik, ED (Works) signed the MOU and S Mukhopadhyay, CGM (Maint & Digital Champion) signed as witness. V K Pandey, ED (MM) was the guest of honor during the ceremony. From IIT Kanpur side Prof. A R Harish, Dean, Research & Development department, IIT Kanpur with Professor Y N Singh, Deptt of Elect. Engg, IIT Kanpur were present during the ceremony.
