The Border Security Force Training Centre and School Meru new joined
commandant cum IG KS Banyal said in a special talk with pioneer that
the Border Security Force is seriously working in tune with India 2047
vision of Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. The community
development service is always a priority sectore for the Border
Security Force. we are providing the advance training with ultra
-modern technique to every jawans who came to the centre for the
training.
Are you going the change in the process of the present training?. On
this question he said that it is reviewed periodically and after the
due process involving all stakeholders, the changes are integrated
with prior approval of BSF headquarter.
Is there any plan for the betterment of the centre. On this question
the commandant said that yes regular upgradation of training
infrastructure of the centre is the key responsibility of the for any
IG, which obviously is area of focus.
You were also in SPG ( Special Protection Force) for more than ten
years. Is there any difference between the working culture of SPG and
BSF. On this he said that these organizations different well defined
role and function in the ways befitting their role. They however rely
upon many common principles.
Is sufficient equipment’s available in centre to provide training. On
this question he replied that this institute is centre of excellence
in two challenges domains where commercial availability ofrequired
gadgets remains a challenge. However, the institute is regularly
updating their inventory especially on technical based gadgets used in
operation and training.
