IWCS organises Health Camp
Under the auspices of Innerwheel Club of Swarnarekha, Ranchi District 325, in collaboration with Berlin Hospital, on the occasion of World Health Day, an eye check-up camp and a camp for testing of BP, Hemoglobin, Blood Sugar was organized at Bariatu Old Age Home. The members of the club prepared food from their homes and fed it to the elderly. Fruits and dry fruits were distributed in the old age home. Various programs were organized for the entertainment of the elderly on this occasion, games were also played in which they got first, second and third prizes. Club President Namrata Kumar, Secretary Supreeta Lal, IPP Neeta Narayan, Soma Bhaduri, Neeta Shekhar, Archana Trivedi, Deepa Chauhan, Devjani Sanyal, Sushma Sinha, Jyoti Tiwari, Shalini Sinha, Sushma Pandey, Ambuja Sharan, Priya Rai, Nishi Srivastava, Anita Jaiswal etc were present on this occasion.
Bokaro MLA pays tribute to Jagarnath Mahto
Education minister Jagarnath Mahto passed away on Thursday morning. He breathed his last at MGM healthcare in Chennai following multi-organ failure. Also Jharkhand government has announced a two day state mourning. During Mahato’s last journey Bokaro MLA Biranchi Narayan paid a heartfelt tribute by offering flowers on the mortal remains of Jharkhand's Education Minister Jagarnath Mahato at the Bokaro Petarwar border and said that he personally lost a parent figure. Notably, the legislators participated in the cremation of Jagarnath Mahato and paid heartfelt tribute to him and consoled his relatives.
