Boulevard Hotel offers spl menu for Easter

With Easter round the corner, the Boulevard Hotel has come up with special an Easter menu offering delicacies and mouth-watering desserts. The special arrangements have been made for April 4 and 5 April at the hotel’s Chopsticks Restaurant in Bistupur. Ronald D’costa, proprietor of the hotel said the recipes are infused with a lot of spring flavours, keeping the dish light, yet traditional. He said that the weather is perfect for some spring summer indulgence while enjoying your day outdoors. He went on to add that the hotel has maintaining a fine balance between a traditional meal and a healthy one. 

He said that Easter specialties, Easter Eggs (Chocolate & Marzipan) Hot Cross Buns,  Simnel Cakes , Easter Chocolate Baskets are available at the Brubeck Bakery .

He added that the response to the outlet has been overwhelming and youths from every corner of the city love to meet here.What makes most products out here exclusive, he said, is that these dishes have been specially invented by the hotel chefs trained by experts from the hotel industry. The menu card of the outlet goes from whole wheat breads and croissants to pizzas, burgers and specialities like garlic bread toasts, English butter garlic toasts, brownies and hot dogs.
