Bokaro SP Y S Ramesh got injured in a road accident and was immediately rushed to the Bokaro General Hospital (BGH) on Monday afternoon. He received minor injuries. After treatment, he was discharged, said a hospital authority. The SP was on his way to Gomia to monitor Naxal operation being carried out in Jhumra and lugu hillocks regions including Gomia, Sadam, Tulbul and in Tenughat areas of the district. He was on the way in his Innova SUV, suddenly a Santro car coming from the opposite direction dashed the SUV under Paterwar police station which resulted into injury to SP, said OC of Paterwar police station.
