Bokaro Deputy Commissioner Manoj Kumar, who had faced the wrath of CM Raghubar Das recently for talking on phone while CM was speaking in a programme at Dhanbad, has been transferred and posted as Director Horticulture, Jharkhand. Staff Officer at the Chief Secretary’s office Rai mahipat Ray will replace Kumar as the new DC of Bokaro.
The government today reshuffled several IAS and State Administrative service officials mainly Deputy Commissioners and Sub Divisional Officers.
DC of Pakur Sulse Bakhla has been made Special Secretary of Social Welfare department, while, DC of Gumla DC Mishra has been DC of Pakur. Town Commissioner of Dhanbad VS Singh has been made Escise Commissioner of Jharkhand, while Special Secretary GS Minj has been made Tribal Welfare Commissioner.
Tribal Welfare Commissioner Shvan Soy has been made the new DC of Gumla and DC Jamtara Surendra Kumar has been made Special Secretary in the Forest and Environment department. DC of latehar Balmukund Jha has been made Additional Secretary in Water Resources department, while DC Garhwa A Mutthukumar has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary of Industry Department.
Former DC of Koderma Chhaviranjan has been made new Town Commissioner of Dhanbad. Additional Secretary, Home and Prisons department Sandeep Singh has been made Transport Commissioner, while SDM latehar Shantanu Kumar Agrahari has been made new DC of Jamtara. SDO Gumla neha Arora has been made new DC of Garhwa.
