A bodyguard of top CPI Maoist Arvindji, identified as Sohan Yadav, has been arrested and remanded in jail in latehar on Tuesday.
Yadav comes from Mohanpur in Bihar's Gaya district. Sources said Yadav had joined the protective coterie of Arvind ji only eight to ten months back. DIG police Palamu Saket Kumar Singh has confirmed the arrest of the protector of Arvind ji, Sohan Yadav. DIG said that the youth is below 20 and was in the
protection of Arvind ji for his agility. DIG revealed that Arvind ji has had youths from Bihar's Gaya and Jehanabad districts.
He has no faith in Jharkhandis DIG asserted. He said Arvind ji is very protective of his life and keeps men who hail from Bihar as he himself comes from Jehanabad.
DIG further said Yadav used to sneak in and out from Chhipadohar and here he was caught.
