A body of a 15-year-old school boy was taken out from the Dimna lake under Bodam police station area on the outskirts of the city on Sunday afternoon.
The body was identified as that of Kishan Kumar Singh, a resident of Sakchi. He was a class X student of a Government high school, Sitaramdera, and was missing since May 2.Circle inspector Patamda Anjani Kumar Tiwary said that there was blood in the mouth of the teenager and may be a case of suicide and also may be a case of murder.In this connection, the police have taken a statement from Sanjay Singh, elder brother of Kishan before sending the body to the MGM Medical College mortuary for post-mortem.
The inspector said, they did not find any bleeding nor any injury mark when the body was recovered from the lake, but when they brought the body to the post-mortem house, bleeding had taken place from the mouth of the boy.
