BNI Ranchi organized a large-scale blood donation camp on 16th and 17th January. The blood units collected in our blood donation camp were deposited for the children suffering from thalassemia who are completely dependent on blood transfusion.

A total of 301 units of blood were collected from this camp organized by BNI Ranchi and sent to Sadar Hospital Blood Bank, which will be used for blood transfusion of children suffering from thalassemia.

It is necessary to get this blood transfusion done regularly every 20 days. Their life depends on it. At present, about 1100 children from 17 districts of Jharkhand are being provided services from the day care located at Sadar Hospital.

In the year 2022 and 2020 also, blood donation camps were organized with the same objective and 278 and 501 units of blood were collected respectively, through which more than 2350 patients were helped.

Along with the team of BNI Ranchi, the team of LifeSaver and Sadar Hospital also played an important role in making the program successful.
