As Jharkhand State Cricket Association entered into a Lease Agreement with SAIL-Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) for construction of an international Cricket Stadium at Bokaro there is an atmosphere of joy all around in city seeking both economic & sports level development in coming days as Bokaro already on the voyage of industrial developments but with this stadium identity of Bokaro in sports paradigm also would be on top.
Bokaro MLA Biranchi Narayan who played significant role in the execution of this MOU termed it as a proud moment for all and said that the proposed international cricket stadium at Bokaro will facilitate grooming of district cricketing talents and will place Bokaro at par on the sports map of world.
BJP workers under the leadership of Chas North Civic President Pannalal Kandu congratulated Biranchi Narayan MLA cum member of Jharkhand Cricket Association, on the lease agreement. Pannalal said that the Bokaro MLA keep making constant efforts for the development of the City, as a result of which the state’s third cricket stadium is going to be built in Bokaro, it is a matter of pride for the residents of Bokaro.
Among those who also congratulated MLA were Prakash Pramanik, Ranjeet Barnwal, Vijay Kumar Sharma, Pappu Chaurasia, Rahul Ranjan, Jaideep Singh ,Sanjeet Pulta , Hare Krishna etc .
The lease agreement between SAIL-BSL and JSCA was signed in the presence of MLA Bokaro Biranchi Narayan , Director Incharge Amarendu Prakash, former Secretary of BCCI & former Director of ICC Amitabh Choudhary including other senior officers of BSL and JSCA at Bokaro Niwas.
