Senior BJP leader and spokesperson Syed Shahnawaz Hussain, who just returned after campaigning in Jammu & Kashmir, claimed that people of the State are energised about the BJP’s promise of development and bringing the State in the mainstream. Addressing a press conference here he expressed confidence that both Kashmir and Jharkhand are gripped with ‘Modi Fervour’ and the party will form Governments in both the States.
Answering queries of the media, he said that the governance of Modi government has instilled confidence amongst the people especially the minorities. “I have campaigned in -5 degrees at Drass in Kashmir and I was overwhelmed to see the response from the minorities” he noted. He said after giving BJP a chance, people will judge who is dividing them and creating fear among them.
Hussain, who was in Jammu and Kashmir in connection with the ongoing Assembly elections, expressed hope that BJP would form the next Government in the State.
He said that party will accomplish “Mission 44IJ target set by BJP President Amit Shah. “ Out party works on the Sab ka Saath, Saab Ka Vikaas, it has nothing to do with the religion of anybody. We want to ensure holistic growth of the nation,” he said.
