Sahu said Babulal Marandi is the first Chief Minister of the State and at present leader of BJP legislature party, while outgoing Chief Minister Raghubar Das served Chief Minister of State for five years setting records in development of the State. Not only that, two former Chief Ministers were invited for the function, even Ranchi Deputy Mayor Sanjeev Vijayvargiya too didn’t find place in the list of invitees.
