Spokespersons and media officials of the State BJP have been told to pay special attention to national issues and Central government’s achievements in past five years during intensive campaigning for the party before the Lok Sabha polls. They have also been asked to be prepared to counter the Opposition and give befitting replay if it raises local issues during campaigning.
Chief Minister Raghubar Das, BJP’s State Lok Sabha election in-charge Mangal Pandey and organizational general secretary Dharmapal Singh on Saturday convened a crucial meeting with spokespersons and media department officials and formed a strategy for the Lok Sabha elections.
Talking to media persons after the meeting, State BJP spokesperson Pravin Prabhakar said that BJP will go among the people on the basis of the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Lok Sabha elections. Support for the surgical strike taken after the Pulwama attack has strengthened India's stand against terrorism and its nutritional Pakistan.
“Under Narendra Modi's leadership India has become the fastest growing economy in the world. The opposition does not have any issue against the BJP and Narendra Modi, so it is in negative politics to mislead the people, which the BJP will expose to the public. The party will also bring forth the truth about the negative publicity in the social media and will keep the achievements of Narendra Modi on social media,” he added.
Prabhakar said that BJP believes in the concept of economic purity. In the same sequence, the ‘Samarpan Diwas’ will be organized in every district on March 25, in which the workers will dedicate the amount to the party in their own interest. All the MLAs, MPs and ministers of the party will also dedicate their one month's salary to the party fund.
It was decided in the meeting that the BJP would set up five other media centers besides Ranchi. They will be built in Deoghar, Medininagar, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur and Hazaribagh. One spokesperson in charge of each center has been made.
