State BJP vice president Pradeep Verma has slammed the JMM manifesto calling it as full with fake and false ideas. Verma said that while the JMM manifesto talks that the part is against the Capitalist forces, it was the same party which had given tenders of sanding mining to Capitalist forces from Mumbai. Verma also targeted the JMM for nominating Capitalist for Rajya Sabha members from Jharkhand. Verma said, “The JMM love for tribal is only a myth as the party has not made any tribal its Rajya Sabha nominee.”
The BJP also slammed JMM for keeping mum on agriculture issue. Verma said, “The JMM manifesto is silence on farmers and agriculture. While, the BJP which is well wisher of farmers has announced to provide Rs 31,000 to farmers having minimum 5 acres of agricultural land.”
The BJP vice president claimed that JMM manifesto does not mention anything about industrialization of the region as the state has seen during JMM/Congress regime when not a single industrial unit was set up in the state. The BJP leader also attacked JMM leadership for garbing innocent tribals’ land across the state.
