National General Secretary of BJP, Arun Singh, on Friday termed the Congress as a sinking ship adding whosoever forms an alliance with the party would be ruined in the coming elections.
Speaking to media persons at State Guest House in Ranchi Singh said that some Opposition parties including BSP have decided not have an alliance with congress in Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh adding that they realised that congress president Rahul Gandhi is a failed leader.
Singh said that BJP is working hard to strengthen its organization while claiming that his party organisation is 10 times stronger than any other political party in country. He added adding the party’s membership at the booth level is increasing.
He revealed, “We are preparing to fight and win from all 14 seats in Jharkhand on our own. BJP would also win more seats in the state assembly elections than before in the state”.
Singh said that BJP would go to the people with the development plank including PM AWAS Yojna, Ayushman Bharat and the Ujjwala yojna.
On AJSU’s stand against the government, he said that BJP would try its best to fight the elections along with the alliance partners.
He asserted that presently Congress president Rahul Gandhi was continuously telling lies against PM Narendra Modi on Rafael deal in order to secure a win in the coming elections.
He said, “Rahul Gandhi should get a survey conducted to find out whether his allegations against the PM is damaging or improving his image. I think people would not pardon Rahul Gandhi for abusing the PM”.
He further claimed, “Can anyone believe that PM who is working for the benefit of people round the clock could indulge incorrupt practices in Rafale deal. The government is however bound by the secrecy laws in the entire deal,” Singh said.
Singh said Rahul does not enjoy the confidence of even his own party members and they feel the lesser he speak the better it is. “His two years tenure as congress president has seen him attacking the democratic systems. Rahul has expressed doubts over the electronic voting machine. His party has also moved the no-confidence motion the Chief Justice of India,” he alleged.
He has also pointed out that congress used the term Khoon ki dalali when the army had carried out the surgical strike in Pakistan.
