BJP on a weak wicket in Panki, Hussainabad

Published on:

The BJP in Palamu has its strength and weakness too. A senior BJP leader Prem Singh said the BJP has to gear up hard for its Panki Assembly constituency where the party has not fared any better in the past. Panki has now Independent MlA Bidesh Singh.

Similarly, the party needs to pool in all its resources in Hussainabad Assembly constituency where too there is no established big face of the party leader. He said in these two constituencies the BJP has an array of leaders but winnability of them is to be tested before throwing

them in the poll ring. Hussainabad has RJD MlA Snjay Singh Yadav.

According to Prem Singh the BJP is most strong in other three constituencies Bishrampur, Chhaterpur and Daltonganj. A sincere work and right choice of candidates for Panki and Hussainabad constituencies will add to the poll fortunes of the BJP. Prem Singh added ‘ The BJP is confident. This confidence is to be converted into votes’.

On being asked if the present administrative or police set up will throw any spanner Prem Singh said ‘he officials should be wise enough to see the trend of the wind which is favourably disposed towards the BJP’.

The BJP has none of its MlAs in any of the 5 seats here in Palamu. And

this is party’s big worry.

State president of the BJP Ravindra Rai who was here

recently succeeded in enthusing the BJP workers as the BJP has a mantra ‘Win booth, win election’.

Another BJP leader recently inducted into the BJP from the RSS Vibhakar Pandey said all the 5 constituencies of Palamu will see a kind of tide for the BJP once the Prime Minister Narender Modi campaigns here.

According to Singh and Pandey Modi will have as many campaigns here as possible. It will not be any short of Haryana or Maharashtra. Once Modi is here things will start looking up for the BJP said Pandey.
