BJP state spokesperson Pratul Shahdev today said that the Jharkhand government is very much inspired by the Delhi government led by former Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal and Chief Minister Hemant Soren also have very cordial relations. Arvind Kejriwal had started building a Sheesh Mahal for himself in Delhi.
Now information is coming that Chief Minister Hemant Soren is going to follow the same in Jharkhand too. The official Chief Minister's residence in which many Chief Ministers resided in the last two and a half decades was razed to the ground by the Building Construction Division - 1 by issuing a tender. The work of completely demolishing the building is going on. Pratul said that it was a historical heritage because from the first Chief Minister of Jharkhand to many Chief Ministers had resided here.
Pratul said that now the department is continuously holding high-level meetings so that the DPR of the new building can be made. According to the information received, discussions are going on to build a Sheesh Mahal equipped with all modern amenities for Chief Minister Hemant Soren on the lines of the Sheesh Mahal of Delhi. Pratul said that on the lines of Delhi, Hemant Soren ji has together converted many buildings into Chief Minister's residence.
Pratul said that any kind of tampering with the Hanuman temple located in the premises of the Chief Minister's residence will not be tolerated. The grandeur of the Hanuman temple should not be affected at all. The government should ensure this because it is a question related to the faith of the Sanatanis.
Pratul said that in a state where not even a single Abua residence has been inaugurated in one and a half years, where even today a large number of people do not have a roof over their head. If such wasteful expenditure is being thought of in such a state, then it will be a cruel joke with the tribal native people of the state. Pratul demanded from Chief Minister Hemant Soren and the ruling coalition to clarify the situation regarding the Sheesh Mahal being built in Ranchi.
