BJP state officials, MPs, MLAs, front officials and workers listened to the Prime Minister's Mann Ki Baat program at the booths today. Tree plantation was also done at the booth under the program 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam'.
State President and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi listened to Mann Ki Baat with party workers in Kushmaha of Jasidih block under Deoghar district. On this occasion, Marandi said that Mann Ki Baat program is a document of India's cultural, socio-economic progress.
He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is moving towards self-reliance with cultural heritage. He said that the respect for India's art, culture and traditional skills has increased today. Lord Buddha's message and yoga have strengthened the feeling of world brotherhood. State Organization General Secretary Karmaveer Singh listened to the program in Harmu Mandal Ranchi.
He said that Mann Ki Baat program is an inspiration and a path for crores of people. Today, the youth power is assimilating Modi ji's message in fulfilling the resolution of a developed India.
Marandi also took a big dig at the Hemant government, saying that this is not the 18th century, but the situation in the villages of Jharkhand is still the same. In Chundiari village of Simdega district, an elderly woman Gango Devi suffered a serious back injury, but there was no road, no health facility, nor ambulance in the village. The helpless family members carried her on a cot and walked three kilometers. He said that it is a matter of shame that all this is happening in the state where the Hemant government had announced to spend ? 3497 crores on health and ? 5300 crores for roads and bridges in this year's budget. Last year this amount was ? 7223 crores and ? 6389 crores. Where did so much money go? We all know the answer to this.
Said that when it comes to corruption, the Hemant government opens its mouth bigger than Surasa. But when questions are asked about the system, the Chief Minister and the ministers become deaf and dumb.
Hemant Soren ji said, apart from politics, please show some sensitivity, at least ensure that from today onwards no Jharkhand resident has to be carried on a cot for treatment.
