The State BJP unit on the completion of three years of Hemant Soren government released its report card describing the three years regime of JMM/Congress alliance government as tenure of loot of state resources, corruption and spike in atrocities against women. The report card christened as Aaropya patra  has been termed as three years ‘without any major achievement’.

BJP state president and MP Deepak Prakash issued a report card saying that under the alliance government all three parties (JMM, Congress and RJD) in the government are promoting corruption. Raising the question, Prakash asked that what is the Chief Minister's relation with Pankaj Mishra, Amit Agarwal, Prem Prakash.

The BJP leader dared the government to answer the questions of public. On the occasion, in a video clip by the social media team, in which state government's exploits on law and order, corruption, conversion, employment and others were told. During this, party's state spokesperson Pradeep Sinha, media in-charge Shivpujan Pathak and others were also present. The state president said that there is loot after loot in the state. People are troubled from the CO office to the secretariat. The government should tell how much damage has been done to Jharkhand in the matter of liquor. Due to which liquor mafia of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand has lost revenue.

The BJP released its report card a day after chief minister Hemant Soren addressed media persons at his official residence counting the ‘achievements’ of the state government amid ‘challenges’ thrown by corona pandemic and the BJP.

Chief minister Soren counted the Khatiyan-based domicile policy, OBC reservation, 100 units of free electricity to the poor, successful completion of JPSC examinations, Guru Ji credit card for students, universal pension scheme, the old pension scheme for employees besides others work as state government’s achievement.

The BJP charge sheet rubbishes the claim explaining how the Hemant Soren government ‘did nothing’ for the people of Jharkhand except ‘befooling’ them by formulating long policies.

BJP state president and Rajya Sabha member Deepak Prakash released the charge sheet saying that the Hemant Soren-led Jharkhand government is ‘vision less’ and involved in all types of ‘corruption’.

Prakash said that time has come for the chief minister to explain the latter’s relationship with Pankaj Mishra, and Amit Agrawal and let people know why he has not given his nod to register FIR against senior IAS Pooja Singha for her involvement in corruption.

Prakash said the chief minister is also expected to explain under which circumstances the state collected less revenue by selling liquor under a new excise policy. The BJP state president said that the government failed to fulfil its promises of either giving employment or unemployment allowances to youths. He said that the government formulated the 1932 Khatiyan-based domicile policy knowing well that it is going to be scrapped in the same way it was scrapped earlier during the regime of chief minister Babulal Marandi.

Prakash said the Hemant Soren government is anti-backwards as it conducted Panchayat elections without giving them reservations and now plans to conduct municipal elections in the same way. He said that the government has not constituted a backward commission so far.
