State BJP Spokesperson Pratul Shahdev has strongly criticised the statement given in JMM executive president Hemant Soren's tweet, in which he has said that the Chief Minister should be tied with a rope and left outside the State. Shahdeo said that by using the derogatory words like tying a person with a rope, Hemant is showing Talibani mentality. Soren is probably forgetting that a democratic system is in place here. “In fact, Hemant Soren has become frustrated with the defeat in the Lok Sabha elections and is uttering foul words to hide his embarrassment. Hemant Soren has himself been the Chief Minister and is currently the Leader of the Opposition. For such a poor statement, he should urgently apologise. If the BJP wants it can reply to Hemant in the same language, but this is not in the culture of BJP leaders,” he said.
