The BJP executive committee of the State Unit today praised the Union Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for giving all support to Jharkhand taking development initiatives ahead. It made a political resolution to negate all negative notions about the government and continue building the State and the nation with more vigour and enthusiasm.
CM Raghubar Das alongwith senior party leaders including TS Rawat, State president Ravindra Rai, Union Minister Sudarshan Bhagat, Saudan Singh and others were present in the meeting attended by over 300 party officials and workers where deliberations over various issues concerning both national and State level took place.
During the meeting it was proposed that the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Raghubar Das has not only succeeded in winning the confidence of the people but also proved to be leaders in the Country on several fronts including ease of doing business and labour law reforms. Party executives also believed that heavy affection and support extended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi also proved to be crucial behind this success.
“The Congress could not do during their 65 years of rule in the centre which Prime Minister Modi did during the short span of his rule at the centre. The UPA- I and UPS – II governments even went on to the extent of putting the schemes passed by the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Bajapai for the state into the cold box paving way for the loot of mines and fields,” said an official release from the BJP headquarters.
It further added that present government at the center under the leadership of Narenda Modi is committed towards providing job-oriented development in the state besides bringing in infrastructural development in the state.
The center for the first time, in order to bring transparency in the exploitation of natural resources, brought in the provision of e-auction though which auctioning coal block across the Country was done. The amount obtained through it will be given the states where the coal block was located. Jharkhand under this scheme will get a profit of Rs 30,000 crore. Not only this, the Prime Minister also chose some of the distant places for inauguration and foundation laying of schemes and programmes for which Jharkhand will always be grateful to him.
The Executive Committee also decided that each worker of the party will take a resolve to work constantly for nation building and carry on the development work against the negative environment being spread by some unproductive elements.
