The State BJP on Thursday exuded confidence of winning maximum seats in the third phase of polling. In the third phase, 17 constituencies went to poll on Thursday. State BJP general secretary, Deepak Prakash addressing media persons at BJP media centre said, “The large scale voting percentage in the third phase of polling is pleasant news for BJP as party is confident of winning maximum seats.”
He said that the people have voted for stability, people’s preference is for BJP and there is big support for the party. He said in next two phases BJP will maintain its lead.
Prakash said that huge crowd of people in the public meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and other leaders in Jharkhand is fact that there is large scale support in favour of BJP. “The decision was taken by the strong leadership of the BJP on the other issues including the decision in the Section 370, Ram Ram Janmabhoomi case, the Citizenship Amendment Bill, and others got the support of the public,” added Prakash.
Similarly, BJP has worked in solving the issue of women in the State, farmers, labourers, youth and other issues. “So far no one has been seen in the BJP's competition in the trends of elections. We want to thank people of the State for this,” added the BJP leader.
The BJP leader on the occasion also congratulated Election Commission and District Administration for holding fair and peaceful election.
He said that the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha had already lost the battle which is evident from the fact that JMM leaders are making baseless allegations. “The JMM is notorious for its black adventures. The JMM should reflect on its character and not accuse the BJP,” said Prakash. Media in-charge Shiv Pujan Pathak, media in-charge Sanjay Jaiswal and Tariq Imran were present in the press conference.
