State BJP has asked Congress in Jharkhand to make its stand clear on grand alliance.
Ina press release issued today, BJP spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo said that Congress in Jharkhand has reached such a low where even the regional parties have their own strong reservations about this party.
Shahdeo further said that there can be nothing more shameful to Congress leadership here that a leader of a regional party is dictating the party.
Shahdeo alluded to a statement of JMM top boss Hemant Soren who has refused to accept the candidature of Rahul Gandhi ( RaGa) as the prime ministerial candidate in the ensuing Lok Sabha election due in 2019.
Hemant Soren has in fact exposed the chinks in the armour of the so called Grand Alliance whose forging is so talked about reiterated the BJP leader.
Shahdeo quipped most sarcastically “ It was first BSP and National Conference that had refused to accept Rahul Gandhi as PM candidate and now JMM too has joined this bandwagon of discontent, which hardly leaves any poll space for the Congress here in Jharkhand.”
The BJP leader said it is beyond all intelligence as to how the state Congress president Dr Ajay Kumar goes around the state projecting Hemant Soren as the chief minister candidate of Jharkhand when the man Hemant Soren has so cut his national president Rahul Gandhi to size politically.
Soren shows thumbs down to RaGa while Ajay Kumar makes breathless efforts in presenting Soren as CM of Jharkhand. Shahdeo said it is a sad contrast of politics here and the Congress in Jharkhand is so gripped with it. The Congress in Jharkhand is under burden of its own political miscalculation.
Shahdeo further said RaGa is getting more and more non acceptable in other parts of the country.
People are to choose between a government of strong leadership and a government of lost faces said BJP spokesperson whose scathing criticism of Congress here is set to evoke reactions from the party, the release said.
