To help its students develop the required approach to excel in their jobs, Dept of Management, BIT Mesra organised a workshop on ‘Industry Expectations from Management Graduates’. The workshop was conducted by Sanjay Singh, Human Resources head, Reliance Communications (Bihar and Jharkhand).
Singh elaborated upon the attitude and behaviour required for a successful career in the industry. The students were guided on how to bridge the gap between industry expectations from the students and the skills of the employable candidates.
Interacting with the students, he stated that MBA degree is just a gateway to enter the corporate world but the path ahead is led with positive attitude, knowledge and skills which are the key job competencies for contemporary organisations.
