At the review meeting of Chief Minister Jan Samvad Kendra, Secretary to the CM Sunil Kumar Barnwal on Monday ordered action against several Government officials, who failed to perform their duties in a proper manner.
Barnwal asked to issue a show-cause notice against the Giridih DSE Mahmood Alam. He asked him why he should not be suspended since the students of State Middle School, Doranda had to go without mid-day meal because of the wrong decision taken by him. Moreover, the investigation too was misled and the DSE is also responsible for that.
The Secretary ordered to take strict action against the person who is responsible for breaking out into the water supply pipe near Paradise Public School in Deoghar where water has been flowing from it for the last six months. The Secretary was told that a person named Pramod Mandal does not let the water supply pipe get repaired since it passes through his house.
The CO of Chatarpur, Palamu got his driver’s cousin Sangita Kumari appointed as Aanganwadi Sevika. He ordered to investigate the matter sincerely and take action against the guilty or be ready to face the trial. He said that the result of an investigation led by the BDO against the CO should be known to the social welfare officer. He further added that in case he doesn’t get satisfied with the investigation, he will get it investigated at his own level.
Salim Mia of Kolebira, Simdega got his toilet constructed on the road facing his house. Burnwal ordered to lodge a complaint against him and take action.
Regarding interruption by the block head clerk in the Govt. work at Kanari Hill Road, Hazaribag, the Secretary ordered the DClR to sort out the problem and take action against the clerk.
The Secretary also ordered to deduct car repairing bill from the salary of the related officers who, without any grant, got their car repaired in latehar. He reviewed other complaints also and gave necessary directives.
