Mrinal Kanti Barman has taken charge as Executive Director (Personnel & Administration) of IISCO Steel Plant.
Barman, an MA in Economics from Rabindra Bharati University and a Post Graduate Diploma in labour & Social Welfare from Calcutta University began his career as Management Trainee (Administration) in the Central Marketing Organisation (CMO) of SAIl.
In a career spanning thirty six years, he has served in vital positions of Personnel, Administration and Human Resource Management. Before taking charge as ED (P&A) at ISP, Barman served as GM(P&A) in RDCIS Ranchi, the research wing of SAIl.
