Under the scheme of Medhavi Vidyarthi Samman (Brilliant Student Award), Bank of Baroda Arun Kumar, General Manager of Odisha-Bihar-Jharkhand Circle, felicitated Ranchi University Post Graduate Hindi topper GC Mahaprabhu on Friday.
A cheque of Rs 5,000 was awarded to Mahaprabhu. In the present scenario Bank of Baroda is carrying out this scheme at 56 universities across the nation with the purpose to encourage students at the university level pursue their studies in Hindi subject. From Jharkhand only Ranchi University has been selected for this bank appreciation. Students of Magadh University have previously benefitted with this scheme.
