The court of SDJM Abdul Nasir rejected the bail petition of former agriculture minister Yogendra Sao and his brother Dhirendra Sao on Tuesday.
The former minister and his brother had filed their bail petition in the SDJM court after they were taken into 14 days judicial custody. The court had fixed the date for hearing on 20th October but yesterday the court got adjourned due to the death of a senior advocate.
Today the court heard the arguments of advocates of Sao brothers and APP on behalf of the state. After hearing, the court rejected the bail pray of former minister and his brother Dhirendra Sao.
