The guardian must know the right and legal issue regarding the child
safety. The child line advisory board must conduct the awareness camp
in the different blocks to educate the public regarding the safety
measure and sensitiveness. This was stated by the deputy commissioner of Hazaribag Nancy Sahay in the child line advisory board meeting in the seminar hall of deputy commissioner office.
She said to the members of the advisory board that firstly they should
legal and social awareness of the child right in camp. Which must be
organized every fortnightly in the different blocks of the district.
She emphasized on the coordination between the different stake holders
and the representatives of the society and meeting must be organize on
the regular basis.
This is the duty of the advisory board to provide the all information
regarding the child right in general as well as anganbari children.
The board members must watch such boys who are in the work of begging
in the society. It must be stop in the society. The members must enrolled them in the schools and provide all basis facilities to them in the school and try to attach them with the small
plans so that they can earn money. She has also give the direction to the police department that those minors came in the custody of the police they must be referred to the
board in spite of jail. In the meeting the additional collector Rakesh Roshan, district social welfare officer Indu Prabha, Asstt. Director social security department and civil surgeon were present.
