ASJU of Saria unit on Wednesday organised a rally at Saria subdivision area within limits of the same police station as part of Jan – Akrosh Diwas to protest against the local police and improving the crime graph in the locality and also alleged common people are bearing the burnt of the draconian decision by the police.
Thousand of ASJU party works chanting anti-police and anti government slogans like “jail ka tala tutega Virendra Yadav chhutega”and “Immediate arrest of Virendra Yadav, s attackers and alleging it for failing to control atrocities against local people, youths and poor headed to Vivekananda chock converted in public meeting and addressed by local district secretary of ASJU cum Zila parishad Anup Panday.
According to reports, leading the protest named as Jan Akrosh rally, Zila parishad-cum district secretary of ASJU Anup Panday accused the local police for not fulfilling any commitment made before public and doing their job as good policing. He suggests that police performance is deteriorating even though there are fewer offences being committed .Panday said the police should be clearing up a greater proportion as total offences fell, and warned that victims would lose confidence in the criminal justice system.
Even after two months, the Saria police has failed to solve any of the four cases filed by the peoples including Tilakdhari Mahto murder case, loot of businessman at railway station and others crime till date, he further added.
ASJU today held a Jan-Akrosh rally at Saria against police which was attended by Ramvilash pasawan ,Rohit Mandal, Dimple Rana ,Bhola Yadav ,Sanjay Rana, Umesh Paswan,Subas Verma Tikal Verma, Bikas Verma, Vijay Paswan and others were also present at the rally.
