The central team of Mukhymantri Jan Samvad organized an awareness programme in Sadar block cum Circle office of Lohardaga on Wednesday.
The trainer of Mukhymantri Jansanvad Prashikshan Kendra Vijaya Shahdeo gave details of the Governments projects to the villagers.
She made villagers aware about Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna (Ayushman Bharat), Mukhyamantri Krishi Awas Yojna, Mukhymantri Sukanya Yojna, Mukhymantri Kanyadan Yojna, Pradhan Mantri Matritwa Vandana Yojna, Sukanya Samridhhi Yojna, among others.
Addressing the programme, the District Grievance Redressal Coordinator Nandlal Pradhan said that the Centre as well as State Government is running various public welfare schemes. Prakhand Pramukh Pahnu Oraon and Block Programme Officer Abhishek Kishore, Bhathkhijari Mukhiya Surendra Lohar, Rampur Mukhiya Suman Panna, Harmu Mukhiya Meena Oraon, panchayat sevaks, rojgar sevaks and many other volunteers were present in the programme.
A team of artists staged a special show through street play to encourage people of casting their vote in the coming Lok Sabha elections. The artists in the team included Loknath Lohra, Deepak Oraon, Bhandari Oraon, Vijay Asur, Vikki Lohra, Anita Devi, Sangeeta Deci, Dilip Sahu, Nisha Kujur, Lauva Oraon, Baiju Lohar and Ramesh Mahli. LED display van was also used to tell the people of the projects and aware them of their voting rights.
