lohardaga MlA-cum-central president of AJSU party Kamal Kishor Bhagat has demanded to open one AIIMS in lohardaga. In this regard Bhagat has requested to the Prime Minister and Chief Minister of Jharkhand that lohardaga being the nearest district from Ranchi, the Governments should consider such facility. For this land would be made available at Kudu block, he assured.
Bhagat said, "Central Government has announced to open 10 new AIIMS and medical centres to provide better medical facilities to the public. If the AIIMS facility would be here then the people would not have to go the other States for treatment." "lohardaga has been a tribal area and in lack of multi super specialty hospital the people cannot avail better medical facilities," he added.
