The AJSU Party today decided to hold its parliamentary committee meeting on March 23 after Holi when the party will take a final call on the candidate for contesting Lok Sabha election from Giridih. A crucial meeting of party officials was today held to review the status.
Chairing the meeting president of AJSU Party Sudesh Mahto said that the fact that it is not important who is a bigger leader in the electoral fight but it is very important as to who gives better results. He asked the party workers on the occasion to establish better coordination and connect people from social and political organization.
A coordination committee for lower levels was also formed alongwith committee for campaigning, office and media works. During the meeting it was decided that on March 16 coordination committee members and Assembly in charges meeting will take place. It was also decided that on March 23 party’s parliamentary committee meeting will take place, after which the name of candidate for Giridih Lok Sabha seat will be announced.
Minister CP Chaudhary, MLAs Ramchandra Sahis, Rajkishore Mahto, ex Minister Uma Kant Rajak, chief spokesperson Deo Sharan Bhagat alongwith other senior leaders and party workers were present on the occasion.
