AJSU Party during its central committee meeting on Wednesday decided to vehemently contest the upcoming Panchayat Elections in the State so that its dream of Gram Swarajya could be released.
During the meeting of the Central Committee mainly twelve points were discussed.
Addressing the meeting, the party's Central Committee President, Sudesh Kumar Mahato said that with the passing of time the importance of Panch has been reduced but AJSU party will realize the imagination of the village government. There is a need to change the mindset and take seriously the upcoming Panchayat Elections in Jharkhand so that the dream of Gram Swarajya could be realised and the party has to prepare the cadres and set the agenda for this purpose from the State level to the block level, he added.
"As far as the Sarna Dharma Code is concerned, no one raised the issue in the House except the AJSU party on this subject, but the present government is working day and night to take its credit. The Sarna Dharma Code is a demand of a nature worshiping society and is a matter of their faith and belief so that the party has supported it from begining," said Mahto.
The party President also said that a strong effort is being made to suppress the voice of the opposition in the Vidhan Sabha. "If there is no debate in the assembly, our Jharkhand will be weak. This is the time to give an alternative among the people of Jharkhand. A battle is now needed for the rights of backward class.Taking account of the actions of the current government, the AJSU party will work to show the mirror to this grand coalition government on December 29, he added.
Mahto also said that the time has come for the Jharkhandi ideology to rise in Bengal. The AJSU party has been gearing up to fight a phased movement and decisive battle on all issues of public interest and our voice will be heard from the street to the house, he added.
Speaking on the occasion the party's Vice-President cum Giridih MP, Chandraprakash Chaudhary said that if the JMM Government did not get the Centre's support, the State would have suffered less deaths from Corona compared to starvation during the Corona period. "This Government has failed on every front. Politics took place only in the name of workers. Even today all the schools in the State are closed and loot is going on in the name of online classes. The transfer posting industry is in full swing," he added.
